Out of Character

Portraits of the Hilton Arts Festival

For five years, from 2014 to 2018 I photographed some of the participants at the Hilton Festival. The result is a collection of spontaneous environmental portraits which gives the viewer a glimpse of the performers out of character and off the stage.

I hope that these photographs are a record of some of the actors, musicians, artists and the many people working behind the scenes to bring this event to the public every year.
